I can't wait to see this movie! It stars my boyfriend, Emile Hirsch, and it was directed by Ang Lee. Woodstock has been getting good reviews so far so I plan on seeing it this week with some of my friends - hemp headband, grass skirt, barefeet, & all.
Oh, and I'm totally stoked for the soundtrack too (expect music fromt: The Grateful Dead, Janis Joplin, Steve Winwood, The Doors, The Band, and many more.)

ART & COPY
I've been hearing a lot of buzz about Art & Copy, a film about advertising and inspiration. It highlights many of the great advertisers of the past century as well as some of the best ad campaigns to date. I'm definitely going to check it out when it comes to Atlanta. Let me know if you're interested in going with me!
The most beautiful bottle of water I've ever seen.
This is a beautiful example of using screenprinting to create an awesome packaging design. The snow crystals on the glass symbolize the purity of the water in each bottle. It's such an elegant and refreshing (pun intended) way to approach design. Love it.

The Supergroup of My Dreams
What do you get when you combine My Morning Jacket frontman Jim James, M. Ward, & Bright Eyes members Conor Oberst and Mike Mogis? The ultimate indie supergroup, also known as, the Monsters of Folk. Great song writers/lead acts all coming together can only mean good things. I like the music so far, excited to see what's to come. Check out their tour dates for this fall.

The Break Up Album
I am dying for the Break Up album to come out. It's music's latest collaboration between Pete Yorn & Scarlett Johansson. I'm totally loving the folk singer/actress who can actually sing pairing. For those who enjoy the likes of She & Him, check out this video of the new single "Relator." The Break Up album comes out September 15th. Mark your calendars.

2 X the girl crush...
I love the Olsen twins, esp. their creative sense of style. I tend to like Ashley's style a little bit more, maybe because it strives to be elegant and sophisticated. But I've found myself recently identifying with Mary-Kate's artsy garb (now that she's tamed it down). Check out these mag spreads of the sisters - both are amazing!
Fall Fashion Forecast
Here's my prediction for this year's fall fashion highlights. Or maybe these are things I'm just dying to have right now.
A Boyfriend Blazer
(I have 2 really great styles: one from Anthropologie & one from H&M)
Faux Leather Leggings
(Get some cheap ones from Charlotte Russe)
Lace Up Boots
(I'm obsessed with these from Urban Outfitters)
An Oversized Plaid Button-Up
(umm... any thrift store will do)
A Strappy Leather Watch
(also from Urban Outfitters)

What a beautiful closet.
I love this store layout from Store 518 photographed by Lee Clower. I want my closet to look like this.
