Do you want to know what's in for 2010? Gardening. Yep. Buying local and growing your own produce is becoming more and more popular. Well, I guess it's always been pretty popular, or maybe I'm just at that age, where I feel I need to care about my lawn and eating healthy, so I'm becoming aware of its prevalence. Anyway, my roommate and I planted flowers in our front yard along with an herb garden complete with Basil, Mint, Thyme, Sage, Rosemary, Oregano, and Lemon Balm. I even bought these precious herb markers from My Bella's Etsy shop. Next up on my list? Tomato and pepper plants. But for now, I'm just trying to master the flowers and herbs without killing them!
